Privacy Policy
This policy explains what pestcontrolphoenix.io collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover anything that happens once a technician is at your property, which is governed by your service agreement.

Who we are
Pest Control Phoenix, 13832 N 32nd St, Suite D-141, Phoenix, AZ 85032. You can reach us on (520) 542-8522 or through the contact page. For anything about this policy or about your data, use the same details and mark it for the attention of the site owner.
This site is operated from Arizona, United States, and is intended for people looking for pest control services in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
What we collect, and why
Quote and contact forms
When you submit the free quote form we collect your name, phone number, the neighbourhood you gave us, and the pest issue you selected. We use it for one thing: to contact you about the enquiry and quote the work. It is sent to us by email; this website does not build a marketing list out of it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, roughly where visitors are, what device they are on, and which pages lead to enquiries. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address.
Server logs
Our host records standard web server logs: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time. These exist for security and troubleshooting.
Comments
If commenting is enabled on an article and you leave one, WordPress stores the comment, the name and email you enter, and your IP address, and may set cookies so you do not have to retype your details.
We do not take payments on this website, and we do not ask for card details, bank details, or any government identification through it. If a page ever asks you for those, it is not us — close it and call us on the number above.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses two kinds.
Necessary
Set by WordPress so the site works — for example remembering comment details, or keeping you signed in if you are an administrator. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Analytics
Set by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure usage. These are the ones you can decline. Blocking them stops us seeing your visit in our reports; it does not stop the site working.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it. Most browsers also offer a Do Not Track setting; there is still no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not claim to act on it.
Who your information is shared with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other pest control companies, lead brokers or advertisers.
Our hosting provider
The website and its email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf in order to run the site.
Analytics data goes to Google as our analytics provider. Google processes it under its own terms and may transfer it outside the United States.
Our own team
Enquiry details go to the technician and office staff who need them to quote and carry out the work.
Where the law requires it
If we are legally obliged to disclose something — a court order, a lawful request from a regulator — we will comply, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the customer relationship and for our own business records, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property. Server logs are kept on our host’s standard schedule. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email or call us using the details above and tell us what you want done. We will not charge you for a reasonable request and we will not treat you differently for making one.
California residents
The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the right to know what personal information is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
Visitors from the EEA and UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. We are a local Arizona service business and do not target these regions, but you can still exercise those rights with us.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Making a request
Use the phone number or the contact page. So that we do not hand your details to someone else, we may ask you to confirm something only you would know — usually the phone number or address used in the original enquiry.
Security, and what we cannot promise
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the WordPress administration area is restricted to accounts that need it. That said, no website or email system is completely secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is overselling. Please do not send us bank details, card numbers or identification documents through the website form or by email.
If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected people and any regulator required, as quickly as we reasonably can.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to Google, to a supplier, to a regulator such as the Arizona Department of Agriculture — that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it. Reading it before you hand over anything is worth the two minutes.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly swapped in. This page has no version older than the date shown above, because this is the first published version.
